职责1.Represents Powertrain and acts as an interface between development devision, projectmanagement and plant Shenyang

4 e% s$ H' M7 r" ]7 F3.Responsible to communicate and support upcoming development changes for Baselaunch, Life Cycle Impuls and Seriesproduction$ T/ @& v0 L1 A+ a2 a6 j
4.Evaluates, steers and approves short term measurements (plant deviation)
: O1 `( p, }/ ^5 \: d' G% y& l5.Creates and steers change requests (parts and processes) and confirms effectiveness, based on BMW tools (e.g. PQM, M-gAMS, TAIS)5 G/ v! I% B& J! c/ d; Q+ U
6.Consults Analysis, Audit, Methodic and Product Integration
7 Y% }4 a( T( j; \7.Organizes and clarifies feasability of additional development activities for powertrain in China ! N r. S! d; I. F! r4 Y/ f% L
8.Documents and triggers "lessons learned" in frequent contact to development department
