Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver the high quality and efficient technical trainings to dealers, end users, DOEMs and Cummins employees

2. Deliver Cummins engines Service Qualification Training.

3. Deliver engines introduction trainings, engines operation & maintenance trainings.

4. Assess trainees to determine whether he/she be qualified for the engine service.

5. To provide technical support for inner employee and external customers
  
6. Help local service technician &engineer field troubleshooting

7. New products introduction

8. Cooperate with SH Distribution Business to promote local market business through technical training  
  
9. Work out engines service training materials include introduction and O&M materials
  
10. Update engines qualification training materials
  
11. Keep Shanghai Training Branch training hardware in good condition, repair & maintenance training engines & tools when needed

12. Translate training materials when needed.


Qualifications

Education  
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in engine or automotive engineering

Working experience
1. At least 2 years working experience in engine industry with minimum 1 year training experience.
  
Other requirement
1. Planning skill
2. Communication skill
3. Teamwork skill
4. About to deliver training in English
