1.基本背景要求

        Bachelor degree or above in engineering, MBA preferred                       
2.基本技能及工作经验要求                                               
Essential experience and professional skill requirement                               
Minimum 3 years related experience in automotive                       
Understanding of engineering principals and knowledged with cost and quality control       
Team leadership experience and good socializing capabilities & negotiating skills                
Familiar with APQP/TS16949 system                                       
Good oral and written communication skill, English skill is essential                       
Attention to details                                               
Understanding of plastic, tooling and injection molding process                       
Willing to self improvement and working under pressure                                                                                               
工作内容描述                                                       
Job description                                                       
1        Manage, monitor and analyze key tasks, activities and costs through the multiple phase of the program                                                       
2        Be responsible for program quality planning,establishing and maintaining timing, determining feasibilityand assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule               
3        Provide leaderships for all core team and support team functions               
4        Facilitate communication between all InterLink departments and customers as well as suppliers                                                       
5        Report all activites in the program from design to costing issues to management on a monthly basis                                                       
6        Performs all duties in accordance with TS16949                        
7        Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlineed in the desktop procedures, the employee handbook and the emloyee norms                                       
8        Contact with customer directly and coordinate the overall OEM related business activities responsible for internal project transfer                                        
9        Perform other duties as required
