任职资格：
Job Requirement：
1.Engineer degree, Master degree or equivalent
2.At least 3 years work experience in project management or product industrialization
3.Familiar with the automotive industry
4.Familiar with automotive quality standard
5. Good  standard and technical English
6.Familiar with Computer office tools, Quality tools, Product / Process knowledge, Quality system / environment / security
Finance basics (budget follow up)
7.Strong in project management,  Industrialization development tools (PFMEA, Specification book, CPK studies…)
8.Organized and working deeply in the details
9.Communication,Leadership,Synthesis capability, Autonomous,Analyze capability
10. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills
11. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001
12. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation
13. Good interpersonal skills , strong business sense and team player
14. Good command of English
