Minimum Qualifications:

b] Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering related, Master is priority
机械工程本科学位或汽车相关专业，硕士研究生优先考虑
 Two or three years testing experience in automotive engineering environment is required
至少有2至3年的汽车行业测试工作经验
 Testing lab or analysis lab experience is priority.
有测试实验室和分析实验室的经验优先
 Good technical understanding of vehicle Powertrain system (axel, gearbox).
在技术方面，对汽车动力总成部件有较深刻的了解（如驱动桥及变速箱）
 Good technical understanding of gear box lubrication verification ,such as seal ring and bearing related
对变速箱润滑验证由很好的理解，如油封和轴承相关方向。
 Must have strong English written and verbal skills, be able to learn new knowledge
有较强的英语口语和书面交流能力,愿意学习新知识
 Planning, organizational, communicating and strong interpersonal skills
有较强的策划，组织，交流技能和人际关系处理技能
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Performs automotive power train system component, module, and sub-system test.
完成车辆动力总成的零件，模型，和子系统的测试工作。
 Provide validation expertise as a member of various ECC teams; develop & execute validation strategy via DVP&R. Individual shall be able to provide advice regarding test selection & expected performance and speak to test results with internal and external customers.
作为ECC成员，提供专业的测试验证的技能，通过DVP&R发展和执行测试验证规划。个人能够提供关于试验选择，预期性能的建议，对内部和外部客户解释试验结果和报告；
 Develop and conduct Lubrication, MTS, durability dyno and other bench tests as required to evaluate
product performance robustness and reliability.
组建和执行润滑试验台，MTS试验台，DYNO耐久试验台，和其他试验台的试验，根据产品验证要求，评估产品的性能的优劣和可靠性；
 Maintain up to date library of customer specifications & industry accepted test methods. Create test specifications to be used when customer specifications are lacking or unspecified.
保持最新的客户需求资料和最新的制造业可接受的测试方法。当客户试验规范缺失或未特别指出时，为客户创建试验规范；
 Complete, organize and maintain documentation (including project binders, internal test plans & report ,customer DVP&R) and so on.
完善，组织和维护文档。（包括项目文件，内部测试计划和报告，客户的DVP&R 等）；
 Responsible for testing include test bench layout design and setup, testing procedure design, testing process controlling and testing report.
负责试验。包括试验布局设计，建立，测试程序设计，试验过程控制和实验报告；
 Responsible for product benchmarking and competitive analysis
负责产品设计对比和产品竞争力分析；
 Involved with the tracking, inspection and analysis of warranty, test & plant returns per existing procedures & instructions. Requires interaction with suppliers & customers at various levels.
参与项目的跟踪，监测，和分析。现有的测试装配程序和操作指南的成本利润分析 。与不同级别的供应商和客户合作互动；
 Any other laboratory activities assigned by Powertrain testing manager
由动力总成测试经理指派的其他实验室工作；
