JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

This position is responsible for the design and implementation of ESSM(Engine Start Stop Master) for SESAM ECU.
         这个岗位主要负责为SESAM ECU（车载电脑）设计和实现ESSM(发动机启动和停止装置)
JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Responsible for the ESSM SW module design, developing, validation and integration
负责ESSM SW模块设计、开发、验证和集成
Communication of ESS(Engine Start Stop) functionality with project team and global module responsible
负责ESS(发动机启动停止)功能与项目团队的通信以及负责全球模块

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
(Key job focuses and responsibilities to reflect critical successful factors(CSF)/成功达成职位目标的关键职责)
Support system engineer communicating with customer to coordinate and clarify ESS requirement.
支持系统工程师与客户沟通协调,明确ESS（电子开关转换系统）的要求。
Communicate in project team to understand system and software architecture and adapt according to ESSM needs.
帮助项目团队内交流，理解系统以及根据ESSM适应软件架构。
Understand ESSM running environment, define and design ESSM SW interface together with related module responsible.
理解ESSM运行环境,定义和设计ESSM SW界面，同时负责相关模块。
Create ESSM SW requirement based on customer or system requirement
根据客户或系统要求创建ESSM SW需求
Develop ESSM software module with Matlab(Simulink/Statemate) and TargetLink according to Marquardt programming rules and compliance with Autosar.
根据马夸特编程规则和适用于Autosar的规则使用Matlab(Simulink/Statemate)和TargetLink开发ESSM软件模块与Matlab仿真软件
Create ESSM SW validation specification, perform module test(TPT) and integration test.
创建ESSM SW验证规范,执行模块测试(TPT)和集成测试。
In field supporting for ESS functionality applying in vehicle.
在汽车领域支持ESS功能应用。
Organize training in SW team to ensure ESSM knowledge transfer.
组织培训SW团队以确保ESSM知识传递。

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
(Minimum requirements on education, training, industry experience , skills/competencies, etc. to fulfill the  position /列举岗位所需最低教育、培训、行业经验、技能、技巧等)
At least Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science, Information technology, automotive, or related.
至少学士学位,主修计算机科学、信息技术、汽车、或相关专业
At least 5 years work experience in automotive embedded software design
至少5年的汽车嵌入式软件设计的工作经验
At least 2 years work experience with Matlab(Simulink/Statemate) and TargetLink code generating.
至少在Matlab仿真软件/ Statemate TargetLink代码生成方面有2年工作经验。
Good understanding and experience of ESS functionality.
在ESS功能方面具有良好的理解和经验。
Good experience with AUTOSAR and with the necessary configuration tools
在AUTOSAR和必要的配置工具方面具有良好的经验
Good understanding of automotive software and product development process
在汽车软件和产品开发过程方面具有良好的理解
Good knowledge of Doors, Dimensions.
了解门的规格
Good knowledge of Requirement engineering and change management.
了解需求工程和变更管理
Strong ability to use various software development tools and programming languages such as CANoe, TRACE32, C.
具有较强的使用各种软件开发工具和编程语言的能力，如CANoe，TRACE32， C
