Senior Manager Liquidity Management and Corporate Funding

Corporate Division Treasury
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibility
* Control the liquidity of company based on the cash flow planning (yearly, monthly and daily cash flow planning) and ensure the proper cash position.
* Develop funding strategies, make proposals to the management, and implement funding strategy according to management decisions. Company funding planning and steering of debt structure.
* Access to debt capital market and ensure the financing flexibility and independence from individual lenders. For example, to set up bank credit lines and negotiate the loan agreements with bank partners, arrange the loan draw-downs, repayment and interest payments, etc.
* Development of company’s credit policy and setup of contracts with counter parties. Keep abreast of the capital market development and explore alternative funding solutions of the company.
* Management of Bank Acceptance Draft (BAD). It includes the BAD receiving, collection and discounting etc.
* To monitor the operational risk of BAD management and ensure the timely discounting of BADs.
* Surplus cash management. It includes the deposit of surplus cash with bank partners and group companies to maximize returns at the risk acceptable to the company. To keep abreast of the market development and explore alternative surplus cash investment solutions.
* Developing all key banking and treasury relationship. Actively managing bank relationship (negotiation, structuring etc.) with Chinese banks as well as international banks to ensure diversification of bank partners, credit availability, access to capital market, etc.
* Management of treasury processes including definition and specification of treasury standards.
* Keep abreast of changes in economic conditions and regulatory issues influencing corporate funding, and address the impact on the company.
* Compliance with the regulations related to liquidity management and corporate funding.
Team development. Mentor staff, provide coaching and guidance, consistent training of employees.

Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, plus 5+ years of progressively responsible corporate funding experience for a major company.
* Profound competence on financial management.
* Profound knowledge on international finance.
* Profound knowledge on liquidity management.
* Proficient with MS Office .
* Leadership and team work.
* Advanced competence on cross functional coordination.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced negotiation skills.
* Proficient in English.
* Management experience in multinational company.
* Experience in banking preferred.
* Experience in financial functions, e.g. finance, accounting, planning.
