职位描述：

Job Title:        Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of Job:
Help to set up equipment and help by change from one product to another product on the production line. Keep running the machinery in good conditions in order to have a good quality in the product, reporting to the senior Maintenance Engineer and Production Manager, has to work on shift.

Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
        Repair Machinery.
        Maintain Machinery in good conditions preventive and predictive maintenance.
        Keep records of Maintenance corrective, preventive and predictive.
        Improvement in the machinery and development TPM.
        Improvement in production process.
        Support improvements of Quality.
        Organize all maintenance tasks.
        Check conditions of the machines.
        Follow the recommendations of the suppliers to keep the machines in good conditions.
        Report all activities in order to keep the records.
        Analyze all reports to improve the situation in the machinery.
        Operators training to develop TPM.
        Improve equipment.
        Improve OEE.
        Change production line (change product on the production line and set up new product).
        Organize spare part.
        Risk analysis, implement lock out, safety device maintenance and machine operation EHS training to operators.
        Development of systems for error and mistake proofing.
        Continuous improvement.
        Be involved in develop new product.
        Take out look of procedure.
        Take decisions when problems occur in the process.

Requirements:
        Bachelor Degree.
        Necessary:
Electricity / Computer knowledge
Mechanic / Hydraulic / Pneumatic
        Strong Marked:
Has to work with foreign companies.
        Less Marked:
Six Sigma
Quality experience
        Very Strong Marked:
English.
