•        Study, request, participate in customer feedback processes

•        Establish program targets and objectives for vehicle attributes in conjunction with the Local vehicle line director, the base engineering vehicle engineering team and CPE.

•        Assist to propose targets for all vehicle attributes

•        Drive development and cascade of vehicle targets to design and development activities

Others
•        Establish a complete pre Job One vehicle build plan in conjunction with manufacturing, the Vehicle Build Group and the T&D group.

•        Act on behalf of the PMT's to organize and sign off all prototypes as ready for testing and/or appraisal.
•        代表PMT对参加试验和/或评估的全部样车进行组织和签收。

QUALIFICATION任职资格:
        University graduate in Vehicle Engineering or related major; 大学本科学历，车辆工程或相关专业；
        5+ years experience of Vehicle Development or any related field; 5年以上汽车开发或相关领域的工作经验；
        Vehicle Attribute Development Related Experience will preferred有整车属性开发相关经验优先
        Weight and Fuel Economy Development Experience will Preferred有整车油耗和重量开发经验优先
        Good computer skills with software of Office; 熟练应用各种计算机软件；
        Good oral and written English with CET-4 at least; 较好的英语口语及书写能力，至少CET-4水平；
        Good communication skills and team work; 良好的沟通技能，崇尚团队合作精神；
        Capability of resolving problem; 解决问题的能力；
        Driven License holder will be preferred.有驾照者优先。
