      -Deliver After Sales non-technical training program
      讲授售后服务非技术课程
      -Implement and conduct training programs in relation to AS Services Management including warranty policy and process, warranty system operation, parts related training, VISTA system；
      讲授售后服务管理方面相关培训,包括索赔政策及流程、索赔系统运作，以及零件业务相关培训, VISTA系统培训；
      -Manage the learning process of all participants during each allocated training courses
       管理学员的学习进程
      -Knowledge and skill evaluations after each training activities
      根据培训前培训后做知识与技能的评估
      -Ensures proper qualification of own-self through constant upgrading training courses to keep up with the JLR development；
      通过不断的改进培训课程，确保自身能力的发展；
      -Develop and prepare local training materials for various tailor-made training courses based on global training resource；
      根据总部培训资源开发度身定制的本地化培训课程；
      
      > Your profile
      -Degree holder preferably major in Automotive business, After Sales, Marketing or Commerce
      拥有汽车行业或售后、市场或商务专业本科以上学历
      -Minimum 5 years experience in relevant automotive field
      相关汽车行业5年以上经验
      -2-3 years training experience is highly desirable
      2-3年培训经验
      -Excellent presentation, communication and facilitating skills
      具有良好的演示、沟通、协调技能
      -Stable, responsible and able to work independently
      工作稳定、有责任心，可独立负责工作
      -Good English communication in spoken & written
      良好的书面与口头英语能力，英语德语优秀的更佳
      -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
      具有良好的Office, PowerPoint技能，普通话标准
