Main Responsibilities
• Start from customer approach up to project engineering approval
• Work out the technical proposal and cost estimation, according to customer's RFQ
• Assure the proposal quality in terms of technical competitiveness and feasibility
• Assure the cost estimation quality in terms of definiteness and correctness
• Analyze the project opportunity & risk
• Control supplier quotation
• Support engineering team in concept design phase
• Consolidate assembly process after order
• Keep relations with customers

Requirements
• Product and Process knowledge of Transmission, especially on AT,CVT,DCT
• At least 3 years experience dedicated on transmission assembly process, or ME job
• Well know about the transmission assembly machines, especially on the measure technology machines
• Well Know about the tier1 machine and equipment suppliers of powertrain assembly industry
• Well Know about the tier2 tools and equipment suppliers of powertrain assembly industry
• know about market different car makers status
• Proficient presentation and communication skills
• Good command of English, fluent speaking
• MS Office and CAD at good level
• Credibility
• Proactive and Open Communication
• Work passion
• Competition spirit
• Travel availability
