全球知名汽车零部件供应商，上海和无锡研发中心各招聘一位NVH expert；
企业性质：外商独资
要求：
1、汽车行业；
2、本科以上，硕士或有海外背景为佳；
3、有7年以上工作经验；
4、研发中心岗位，负责解决问题。
EXPERTIZE ACTIVITY :
1. Execute roadmap topics to develop our expertize and capacity in Acoustic &
Vibrations. Communicate regularly achievements to management and R&D
teams;
2. Support FEA teams to set up robust FEA Tools & Methods and to solve FEA
issues;
3. Support Testing teams to set up a worldwide state of the art testing capacity
(footprint, standard test equipment, standard test methods) and to solve
testing issues;
4. Develop FAS tools and methods to insure product development efficiency
(product benchmark, FAS product specifications, design guidelines,
EFM checklist,….);
5. Run EFM checklist;
6. Set up and run relevant training modules for FAS people;
7. Support innovation teams to deliver new products (specifications, design
solutions, validations);
8. Support RFQ teams to get new business (specifications negotiations, design
solutions);
9. Support application teams to deliver robust and profitable products (design
solutions, validations);
10. Support serial life (quality issues, end of line control,…);
11.Develop efficient networks and collaborations (Faurecia business groups, key
OEMs people, key universities, key suppliers);
12.Promote internally and externally Faurecia acoustic & Vibrations state of the art;
13.Deliver synthetic & efficient reporting (KPIs, results, action plans, issues,
alert…) to his management;
14.Insure conformity of his activity according to Department & Faurecia Quality Systems.
