Missions:

Technical coordination of the development for a dedicated function in base and application projects for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.

• Function cooperation and heightening (development, build & integration, validation, failure analysis, testing activities)

• Demands engineering (L1-L3), incl. Demands adjustment with customer

• Proactive communication of project themes e.g. delays, problems during development

• heightening of delays, problems to FLE when not solvable within owned responsibilities

• Guarantee clear communication and decision construction within and between owned function teams

• exhaustive resource and work package planning together with component owner CO

• End to End responsibility for represented functions/component

• Delivery of the committed function performance within the planned time, effort and quality.

• Guarantee that development activities for represented functions are compliant to ADAS development process and quality and Functional Safety demands are satisfied.

• Planning of feature ramp up (KPI) and defects ramp down in project and towards customer

• Following of feature ramp up and defects ramp down in project and towards customer

• Reporting of feature ramp up and defects ramp down in project, towards customer and line management



Profile

In order to achieve the mission, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile:

• Technical knowledge about Embedded Software development

• Technical knowledge of driver assistance and active safety systems, and parking functions

• Technical knowledge about Requirement Engineering

• ADAS development process knowledge

• Change & Problem Resolution Management

• Project management skills

• Communication & Negotiation

• Conflict Management

• English Language in writing, reading and speaking

• Master Degree or above, major in electronics engineering, automotive engineering, computer science,mechatronics

• At least 3 years development or project management for ADAS system

• At least one fulfilled project development of an automotive control unit

• Leading international team with global track
